Extensive research demonstrates that sustainable changes typically take place over a span of three months. Based on these findings, we highly recommend that clients sign up for a minimum of three months of coaching sessions with us. However, a shorter duration is also available and depends on the specific goals of the client.

They can be conducted through telephone consultations or virtual meetings, allowing for easy accessibility regardless of geographical location. For those who prefer in-person sessions, we are conveniently located in the Easton area of the beautiful Lehigh Valley region in Pennsylvania.
